Communication is a human right.

Our Services

  • Gestalt Language Development

Children naturally learn language through two different methods: analytic or gestalt language development. Speech-language therapy helps many gestalt language processors acquire more flexible, advanced language. Therapy is aligned with the Natural Language Acquisition framework.

  • Alternative & Augmentative Communication

Augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) includes the use of gestures, manual signs, and low and high-tech devices. AAC can be used as a primary communication modality for non-speaking children or to supplement verbal speech. AAC must be highly individualized to the learner and supported across all environments.

  • Speech Sound Disorders

Speech sound disorders affect a child's ability to accurately pronounce sounds. This might include substituting or leaving off sounds, which impacts how well a child is understood. Speech therapy can address articulation, phonology, or apraxia of speech.

  • Language Development

Developmental language disorder impacts a child's ability to acquire, understand, and use language adequately. Language therapy helps students grow their vocabulary, improve their sentences, comprehend stories, answer questions, and participate in conversations.

  • Social Communication

Speech therapy can support children who have difficulty with social interactions. Social communication includes learning how to initiate and continue reciprocal play or conversation, understand social cues, and problem-solve with peers.

  • Family Coaching

Family coaching helps parents use speech and language strategies during everyday routines to support progress and reduce communication frustration. Working as a team allows our children to make more progress, faster!

  • Individualized therapy sessions

Therapy is provided in-home to support your child's communication within their everyday environment and allow for parent involvement.
